Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Manaccan on Cornwall's Lizard Peninsula, our small business began with a passion for crafting the finest traditional baked goods. Specializing in hot water crust hand-raised pies and authentic Cornish pasties, we combine time-honored recipes with the best locally sourced ingredients to deliver mouthwatering flavors in every bite.

What started as a humble village bakery has grown into a celebrated destination for pie enthusiasts and pasty lovers near and far. From classic favorites to festive seasonal specialties, our range of delicious baked goods embodies the warmth, tradition, and taste of Cornwall. We are very proud to have won the New Product of the Year (Cornwall  Food and Farming) award at The Royal Cornwall Show for the Pork'n'Jelly pie.  So, we have decided to add jelly to all the pork pies.  This jelly is not hard and rubbery such as you may have had in other pies, but soft chicken jelly which is made from roasting chicken and concentrating the juices down to make the jelly.  It makes the pies more juicy but still as good.
